- Monitor machine downtime, preventative maintenance status, energy consumption, and report on regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in supervision and performance management.
- Ability to read blueprints and current experience managing a maintenance team in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience in predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
