Senior Process Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead facility startup and process optimization, focusing on safety, productivity, and quality.
- Develop and implement improvement plans across production areas.
- Own KPI Performance, lead efforts to enhance performance in areas such as delignification, lignin recovery, water treatment, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of industrial experience, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of safety best practices.
- Preferred: Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
