Production Supervisor – Key Selling Points
- Leadership & Team Management : Lead a team of 25 personnel, driving safety, quality, and production targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Operational Excellence : Implement process improvements, ensure compliance with 6S standards, and oversee equipment and facility safety.
- Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing : Strong experience in root cause problem-solving and driving lean initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with Operations Manager and other departments to streamline processes, improve procedures, and establish best practices.
- Strong Communication & Change Management : Effectively communicate at all organizational levels and lead change initiatives to improve plant performance.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Manage daily reports, track performance metrics, and ensure accurate documentation of operations, maintenance, and safety records.
- Crisis Management : Quickly respond to emergencies, implement corrective actions, and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency.
- Proficiency in Technology : Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with inventory and production management tools.
- Qualifications : 5-8 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with a focus on team leadership, production management, and continuous improvement. Forklift certification a plus. Must have some working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. Experience in a fast paced changing environment.
