Technical Project Manager – Automation

Willing to look at those early in their career and/or experienced professionals. Oversee multiple automation initiatives, working closely with integrators, operators, and plant management to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Technology Integration: Utilize your expertise in inspection technologies to integrate vision systems with automation equipment and processes.
• Engage with Clients: Partner with client plants to understand their automation needs, conduct thorough assessments, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive Project Success: Oversee projects from start to finish, including vendor coordination, design reviews, system testing, and on-site support during startup.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend enhancements to optimize our automation systems.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (robotics, automation, industrial, or manufacturing).
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing automation projects, focusing on automated inspection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design processes for current and future needs.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with plants, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, open to varied schedules and travel.
