- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve incoming part quality.
- Utilize problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, and FMEA to resolve internal and external quality concerns.
- Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce scrap/rework.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a results-driven and collaborative work environment.
