Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Expert to lead our quality team and drive operational success. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, continuous improvement, supplier quality, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership approach and a deep understanding of automotive quality systems, problem-solving methodologies, and lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards.
- Act as the main customer-facing quality leader, addressing concerns, managing audits, and driving corrective actions.
- Utilize 8D, 5-Why, and FMEA methodologies to lead teams in resolving internal and external quality concerns.
- Drive a culture of zero defects, implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce scrap/rework.
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and Technicians, fostering a results-driven and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and report key KPIs (PPM, Scrap, Cost of Quality, Warranty Claims, etc.), identifying trends and implementing proactive solutions.
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize quality processes and ensure production efficiency.
