Job Description Summary

The Workplace Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting successful change and relocation projects for MovePlan’s fast growing list of clients that span financial services, media and technology, pharma & healthcare, education, and public services. You may work for startups through high growth businesses and multinationals, often across multiple borders.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating, managing and delivering daily move, add, change and special projects for MovePlan’s client
- Communicating to all stakeholders, including employees, on all aspects of coordination activity to ensure it is clearly conveyed, seamlessly implemented and successfully adopted
- Supporting, maintaining and demonstrating the MovePlan culture at all times, acting as an ambassador of the Company and understanding the role of consultant within the client workplace
General
- The Workplace Project Coordinator will be dedicated to and based on one client premises, in San Francisco, and is a MovePlan ambassador on-site
- You must be flexible, self-motivated and able to work with new teams and establish strong client relationships
- Onsite hours are typically 8am to 2pm Monday – Friday, option to start earlier, great opportunity for a morning, self-starter!
- Manage daily schedule for facilities personnel and ensure work is complete in a timely manner
- You must be able to work occasional nights and weekends when moves are in progress
Skills - Essential.
You should:
- Have excellent communication and client relations skills
- Be highly organised
- Deliver high quality written communications
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in your working attitude
- Have a passion for working within and among teams, and be able to do this effectively
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Have a willingness to travel, and want to engage with multiple clients in various sectors
Skills - Desirable.
It would be favourable for you to:
- Have an aptitude for creative and innovative thinking/be solutions-oriented
- Demonstrate project management skills, including effective organisation and time management
- Have a curiosity for leadership and the drive to take the initiative
- Have familiarity with resource management and scheduling
- Have experience updating and tracking budgets for cost and time
- Have the ability to interpret floor plan layouts
- Be bilingual in English and Spanish
