Job Title: Dynamometer Operator
Summary:
The Dynamometer Operator is responsible for the quality control testing of all rebuilt transmissions. Using an internally developed software package designed for testing, the Dynamometer Operator will run each transmission through a series of visual and functional tests. This position must have the ability to read, follow and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. While performing the duties of this job, the Dynamometer Operator is regularly required to stand for periods of time, and must also be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment required.

- Capable of diagnosing issues
- Inspects and identify issues on all tested transmissions.
- Ensures the highest levels of quality in work.
- Understand and interpret test requirements
- Ability to set up dynamometer testing
- Monitor and maintain testing of equipment
- Other duties may be assigned.
