Job description
Summary:
The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving items in and
distribute parts/materials in an efficient and timely manner. In addition to
having experience with data entry, the Receiving Clerk must be
comfortable working in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented with
the ability to multitask. While performing the duties of this job, the
Receiving Clerk may be required to stand for periods of time, and must
also be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Prior
experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receives incoming packages/deliveries throughout the day.
Verify parts/material quantities to packing slips and KanBan cards.
Delivers verified parts to proper location along with KanBan card.
Receives materials into Axapta, via packing slip.
Communicates with Purchasing any discrepancies found
Keeps shipping area clean.
Manages 3rd bin material
Other duties may be assigned.
