WE are hiring immediately for a part-time PACKER position.

OUR INDUSTRY LEADING PAY STRUCTURE

• Earn as much as $16 to $22 an hour
• Tips: average $500 per month (approximately $3 to $5 an hour)
• W2 Full employee benefits (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt

Mover/Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

• Disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances
• Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, taking care to protect fragile goods
• Maintain an accurate inventory of packed items and ensure all items are accounted for.
• Unpack items and arrange new spaces for use according to customer specification
• Work closely with the moving team to coordinate the packing and loading process.

Mover/Driver Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in packing, moving, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Moving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Packer: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Odessa, TX (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Odessa, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
