OUR INDUSTRY LEADING PAY STRUCTURE
- $18.00 to $25.00 an hour in the Crew leader/Driver position.
- $15.00 to $20.00 an hour in the Mover position.
- Tips: average $500 per month (approximately $3 to $5 an hour)
- W2 Full employee benefits (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt

What’s Expected of Me To Do?
- Be Accountable: Arrive on time and in uniform daily
- Physical Work: Load, Pack, Unload furniture and boxes for customer’s moves
- Provide 5-Star Experience: Smile throughout the day and go the extra mile to make the move seamless for the customer
- Stay Safe: Follow all company policies and procedures for safety and efficiency
- Be Responsible: Lead the rest of the team and drive the 26ft truck safely from each point
What’s Required to Get The Job?
- Physically able to lift, push, pull heavy objects throughout day
- Reliable transportation to work daily
- Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR record
- Minimum 21 Years of Age for Auto Insurance Policy
- Ability to work varying schedules between 7am -> 7pm
- Previous experience driving 26ft box trucks or moving experience for professional moving company
