We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Moveworks, in Mountain View, CA. This individual will help establish and improve finance systems and processes, work directly with leaders across the company, and plan the future of the business while becoming a trusted partner within Finance and across all Moveworks.

What you’ll do:
- Maintain and develop the company-wide financial model - including workforce and topline planning and 3-statement modeling
- Partner with Accounting on variance analysis, period-end reporting, and other close activities
- Support ad hoc requests and ongoing analytics support related to tactical and strategic decision-making
- Establish and improve processes around budgeting and forecasting, internal and external reporting, and finance business partnering
What you bring to the table:
- Ability to identify core business issues and how to address those issues through analysis and recommendations
- Experience working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools
- Understanding of business models and modeling practices
- Understanding of financial and operational accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and work collaboratively with all levels of employees across different business functions
- Experience with Adaptive Insights, Netsuite, and Salesforce (or similar tools) a plus
