What You Will Do
Location : Hybrid - in office 3 days a week required (Mountain View)
We are looking for a Staff Technical Recruiter with expertise in recruiting top Engineering talent. As a key partner on the talent acquisition team, you'll be the primary Recruiting lead for one of our two Engineering organizations and work with Co-Founders, Engineering leadership and hiring managers to identify and hire world-class engineers, data scientists, and researchers. Your expertise in modern software engineering technologies will help you attract candidates who can contribute to Moveworks' mission of transforming enterprise workflows through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment : Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier AI, ML, and Search talent, including software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning experts.
- End-to-End Recruiting : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates for AI / ML and Search roles.
- Deep Candidate Engagement : Build strong relationships with passive and active candidates, showcasing Moveworks' vision and technical challenges in AI, ML, and Search technology.
- Partnership with Stakeholders : Work closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Market Expertise : Stay up to date on trends in AI, ML, and Search technology recruitment, including evolving salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive insights.
- Process Improvement : Continuously refine the recruiting process by leveraging feedback, data, and industry best practices to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and meet hiring targets.
