In this product role you will shape how enterprises build generative and conversational AI experiences. Your mission : design products, tools, and an ecosystem that empower developers and ensure exceptional end-user experiences, setting the standard for enterprise copilots.Drive product roadmap and development from concept to launch, iterating quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Lead the definition and design of developer interfaces, core technologies, and user experiences for our copilot platform.Craft product specs to define problems, set goals, and establish success metrics for design and engineering teams.Analyze and benchmark other developer platforms to align internal teams on best practices.Partner with machine learning and platform engineers to stay ahead of Agentic AI research and shape product recommendations.Play a key role in building a vibrant developer ecosystem through hackathons and other various community engagement.Deconstruct complex problems with technical depth, leveraging data insights to inform product roadmaps. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment, set goals, define milestones, and drive projects forward.Help our product design teams to deeply understand user needs and rapidly test innovative solutions.Support deployment teams in helping customers quickly realize product value.Build trust with leadership and other enterprise stakeholders, enabling faster business decisions for Fortune 500 clients.What You Bring To The TableExtensive end-to-end product management experience with a proven track record launching technically complex platform products   Start-up DNA :   you thrive in fast paced environments; are comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at creating structure to drive results. Bonus if you’ve previously founded a start-up.Analytical with expertise in breaking down complex problems, identifying patterns, and driving data-informed solutions.Technical background and solid technical acumen including the ability to generate sample code for development teams.Familiarity with APIs, authentication, and third-party platform integrations. Exceptional written communication—clear, concise, and persuasive.You are have experience building enterprise products that required 3rd party platform integrations You have a proven track record of taking ownership of product goals and delivering against them.Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a willingness to dive into technical details and academic research.You have the skills needed to take input from multiple sources, crystallize clear priorities, and communicate them effectively.Strong interpersonal skills—adept at building cohesive relationships with stakeholders across technical and business domains.A balance of strategic vision and scrappiness to adapt and deliver.

• Experien.ce in building developer-facing products and developer toolkits would be a bonusExperience and domain knowledge around AI / ML technologies and products would be a bonus.Compensation Range : $136,000 -$240,000
