Details About The Job:
- Work is performed Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, cleaning homes throughout the greater area of Spokane, WA
- Positive attitude, ability to work well independently and as a team
- Enjoys helping others and learning how to provide top-notch cleaning services
- Attention to detail, noticing little things that others may miss
- On average, you will clean 2 or 3 houses each day and learn our system where you become more efficient with each visit
- Excellent communicator who likes staying busy and being productive
You might work two houses in less time, but that’s ok! You will still get paid the same amount of time. You always get the chance to earn more.
Requirements:
- Available Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Reliable Cell Phone for both Texts and Calls
- Ability to Lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to Stand, Bend, Kneel, Push, Pull and Perform Cleaning Duties
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Drive to job sites every day, Monday-Friday, throughout the year
- Carry supplies, keeping them replenished and clean daily
- Commit to learning and following the Perfect Maintenance Cleaning system every time
- Willing to learn and improve, accepting feedback to do your best
- Communicate regularly with the office about any customer requests, changes or concerns
- Attend and participate in monthly meetings
- Attend community events that Maids of Movher is involved in
- Turn in paperwork in a timely fashion, including timesheets, quality scoresheets and lead team paperwork
