Infrastructure CTO

MoviePass is on the lookout for an Infrastructure CTO who will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable infrastructure solutions for our subscription, social, blockchain platform. This key leadership role will ensure that our technology environment supports our business goals, our growth and offers an unparalleled experience for our customers. You will work closely with the CEO, engineering team and partner teams to create a seamless infrastructure that optimizes performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage cloud-based solutions that support multiple applications
• Lead the infrastructure team to deploy and operate systems on various platforms
• Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Monitor and improve existing infrastructure systems to ensure scalability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business objectives
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in cloud technology and infrastructure management
  
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Experience in tokenization and leading token launch
• Experience in leading blockchain teams
• Experience in managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of network architecture and security best practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement
  
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience in DevOps culture and practices
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools
• Past experience in the entertainment or subscription-based industry is a plus
