Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the individual learning styles of students.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
- Utilize Montessori principles and early childhood education techniques to enhance learning experiences.
- Incorporate literacy education into daily activities to promote reading and writing skills among students.
- Support children with early intervention strategies when necessary, ensuring all students receive the help they need to succeed.
- Facilitate physical education activities that promote health, fitness, and teamwork among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a cohesive educational approach.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning needs.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support for students outside of standard classroom instruction is beneficial.
