Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate & Create: Work closely with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support each child’s unique goals and abilities.
- Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver therapy services with warmth, empathy, and a focus on the child’s developmental journey.
- Adapt & Respond: Remain flexible and positive as you navigate varying workloads and ever-changing patient needs.
- Engage & Communicate: Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and community partners, providing excellent customer service at every step.
- Impact the Community: Help improve rehabilitation services by contributing to projects within the department and the local community.
- Document & Report: Complete timely and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines (Medicare, Private Insurance, Medicaid) and state practice regulations.
- Travel & Connect: Travel to different outreach clinics and community sites to provide therapy services where they are needed most.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Montana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- CPR/First Aid Certification (HS AED CPR)
- Experience working with children is preferred, but a passion for helping kids is a must!
