Are you a compassionate, creative, and energetic professional who loves problem-solving and working with children? Do you want to be part of a team that makes a real impact in the lives of families and helps kids reach their full potential in a fun and fulfilling way?

At Moving Mountains Therapy Center, our mission is to provide high-quality, family-centered pediatric therapy that empowers children to play, grow, and thrive in all aspects of life. We believe that every child deserves the chance to experience joy, reach their developmental milestones, and find fulfillment in the world around them. No two days are ever the same as we work in a variety of settings—from the clinic to homes, schools, daycares, and community partners, bringing therapy to where kids are most comfortable.

We’re looking for a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our passionate and dynamic team. This is an opportunity to grow your skills, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and make a lasting difference in the community while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

If you're ready to take on a fulfilling adventure and truly impact the lives of children and families, we would love to hear from you! Please send your cover letter and resume to Laura Olsonoski, OTD, OTR/L, ATP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate & Create: Work closely with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support each child’s unique goals and abilities.
  • Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver therapy services with warmth, empathy, and a focus on the child’s developmental journey.
  • Adapt & Respond: Remain flexible and positive as you navigate varying workloads and ever-changing patient needs.
  • Engage & Communicate: Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and community partners, providing excellent customer service at every step.
  • Impact the Community: Help improve rehabilitation services by contributing to projects within the department and the local community.
  • Document & Report: Complete timely and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines (Medicare, Private Insurance, Medicaid) and state practice regulations.
  • Travel & Connect: Travel to different outreach clinics and community sites to provide therapy services where they are needed most.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current Montana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (HS AED CPR)
  • Experience working with children is preferred, but a passion for helping kids is a must!

At Moving Mountains Therapy Center, we believe in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and creative environment where everyone can grow—professionals and families alike. We offer a flexible, collaborative work environment that’s perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children and contribute to a positive, mission-driven community.

Join us and help children and families thrive—together, we can make a lasting impact!
