Our Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and administrative staff are employees of Moving Mountains Therapy Center, and work closely with independent practitioners to foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist who values family-centered care, collaboration, and a multidisciplinary approach to therapy. This position offers the opportunity to operate as an independent business within our shared space model, allowing you to maintain autonomy while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client-Centered Care: Collaborate with clients, families, medical providers, and community partners to deliver individualized physical therapy services.
• Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Work alongside our employed Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and other specialists to offer holistic, coordinated care.
• Flexible Treatment Environments: Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including client homes, schools, childcare centers, and community sites.
• Assessments and Treatment Plans: Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their functional goals.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations.
• Collaborative Marketing & Community Engagement: Participate in collaborative efforts to promote services and increase community awareness of the clinic's offerings.
• Independent Administrative Management: Manage your own schedule, client caseload, and billing.
