As a Sales Associate you will be offering solutions to our clients and sell our services and continuing to build a relationship through phone conversations.
You are patient, enthusiastic about engaging with customers and can passionately communicate with clients to be able to maintain our company’s image.
You will be working alongside a small and passionate team ready to support you.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads and close sales from internet-based marketing (NO COLD CALLS)
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email and provide accurate information and pricing about our services
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Follow procedure for preparation and documentation of jobs
- Plan and schedule on-site appointments
- Reply and expedite the resolution of customer’s complaints
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relations

Requirements:
- Past or current Sales/Customer Service experience.
- Strong phone etiquette
- Customer orientation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and have the capability to learn and efficiently use our proprietary software.
- Prior experience in the moving industry is a huge bonus
Compensation:
- Base Salary $800.00-$1300.00 biweekly
- Commission on every booked job with bonus opportunities
- Salary Commission: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 5 days per week
- Monday-Friday 12am-7pm
- Saturday 10am-3pm
