We're looking for a Director of Operations to join our mission-driven team and help us scale high-quality, virtual cardiac care across the country. 🌟 What You’ll Do

As our Director of Operations, you’ll be the engine behind our clinical operations—ensuring patients get the care they need, when they need it, with a seamless experience from enrollment through recovery. You’ll lead and optimize teams across the entire care journey, from patient intake to care management to billing and beyond.

🔁 Patient Enrollment & Growth

• Oversee outbound calling and enrollment operations, ensuring referral-based patient pipelines convert effectively.

• Drive collaboration between enrollment specialists, referral partners, and care managers for a smooth handoff and fast-track care initiation.

❤️ Care Management Optimization

• Lead scheduling, productivity, and compensation strategies for our care team to ensure high-quality, efficient care.

• Monitor patient engagement and program adherence, finding new ways to boost participation and outcomes.

• Ensure adherence to evidence-based clinical protocols and achieve key quality metrics (e.g., blood pressure control, medication adherence).

• Work hand-in-hand with clinical leaders to continually evolve our care model.

💰 Billing & Revenue Cycle

• Oversee all billing operations, including charge capture, payments, and AR.

• Optimize revenue cycle workflows to boost reimbursements and reduce denials.

• Ensure compliance with insurance contracts and reimbursement requirements.

🖥️ Tech & Telehealth Infrastructure

• Own the operational side of our digital ecosystem—including EHR workflows, call center platforms, and reporting systems.

• Identify and deploy tools and solutions to improve team efficiency and the patient experience.

🎯 What We're Looking For

You’re a strategic operator with a healthcare heart. You’ve scaled complex clinical practices, led large distributed teams, and know how to keep the trains running on time—while improving the track.

✅ You Bring:

• 10 years of operational leadership in large multi-provider clinical settings (cardiology or chronic care preferred)

• Expertise in patient scheduling, care management, insurance contracting, and billing ops

• 3 years experience managing telehealth operations across multiple states

• Track record of managing 20 staff across roles (MDs, NPs/PAs, MAs, schedulers, etc.)

• Experience overseeing $10M clinical business and managing 10 payer contracts

• Strong grasp of EHRs, call center platforms, and reporting systems

• Financial acumen and budget ownership chops
