Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Associate Product Manager is to support the development and performance of our Instrument & Power portfolio- which includes surgical and orthopedic instruments as well as power equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration & Support
- Contribute to a culture of trust, innovation, and accountability within the Product Management team.
- Provide support to Product Managers and Specialists in daily operations and project execution.
Product Strategy & Execution
- Assist in implementing product strategies, positioning, and commercialization plans.
- Help shape the product roadmap based on internal strategy and external insights.
Market Research & Voice of Customer
- Analyze trends, conduct market research, and evaluate customer feedback to uncover unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Assist in coordinating product development activities and go-to-market planning.
- Support post-launch activities including training, data analysis, and performance optimization.
Financial Acumen
- Participate in developing pricing strategies, forecasting, and sales tracking to support revenue growth and margin expansion.
Cross-Functional Engagement
- Collaborate with Sales, Education, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure alignment of product initiatives.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to internal teams and external customers.

Requirements:Education & Experience Specifics:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
Preferred: Internship or 1–2 years of experience in product management, engineering, clinical roles, or marketing in medical devices, veterinary, or healthcare fields.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and task prioritization.
- Proven project and event management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to travel up to 25% and engage in operating room or lab-based environments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Analytical: Analytical mindset with curiosity and drive for learning.
- Veterinary and Surgical Practices: Strong passion for veterinary MedTech and interest in orthopedic solutions.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Movora products with a true understanding of how and what they are used for.
- Organization and Time Management: Organized, detail-oriented, and agile in managing multiple priorities.
- Adaptability to Change: Flexible and supportive, quickly and positively adapting to changes in situation and environment.
- Systems & Software: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project tools (e.g. Asana) is a plus.
- Communication: Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Team Orientation and Interpersonal Skills: Motivated, creative team-player with the ability to build collaborative relationships at all organizational levels.
- Results Orientation: Proven ability to set and exceed targets.
