We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer. We want someone who knows how to use 3D landscape designer software/Manage Jobs/Estimating/Administrative Work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for landscape projects.
- Draft detailed landscape designs using software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate conditions and constraints that may impact design.
- Develop planting plans, hardscape layouts, and irrigation systems that align with project specifications.
- Oversee landscape maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and health of designed spaces.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- Utilize ArcGIS and ArcView for mapping and analyzing site data to inform design decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Skills
- Proficiency in drafting software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and principles.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS and ArcView for spatial analysis in landscape design projects.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of civil engineering concepts as they relate to landscape architecture is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
