Job Summary
Mowery Entertainment is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Marketing Manager to lead strategic growth across its key entertainment brands: Midway, Cumberland, and BowlNow. This role is pivotal in achieving $1MM in growth over the next year by crafting and executing innovative strategies across branding, marketing, sales, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader passionate about business growth, brand strategy, and delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with Mowery Entertainment's mission to "Create Fun."
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and oversee a cohesive brand strategy for Midway, Cumberland, and BowlNow.
- Create a comprehensive marketing plan and sales plan that align with annual growth objectives.
- Translate Mowery Entertainment's mission, core values, and customer-first principles into actionable business growth initiatives.
Marketing & Advertising
- Manage and optimize website content to enhance user experience, drive conversions, and increase online bookings.
- Strategize, allocate, and optimize ad spend across digital and traditional channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Oversee design projects to ensure visuals align with brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
Sales Enablement
- Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth.
- Implement and manage a robust events strategy to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with teams to refine pricing strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue.
Business Growth
- Track and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize ROI.
- Develop and execute campaigns to boost customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales (3–5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, and website optimization.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000 annually.
- Incentives: Percentage of growth determined on prior experience
