Job Summary :

The Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for creating bulk release of information invoices, reviewing check and deposit images, matching receipts to open invoices, posting payments, notifying accounts receivable by appropriate means including collection calls and reconciling accounts receivable. Responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, collecting money from customers and reporting on collection activity.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Creates and submits release of information bulk invoices
• Posts, verifies and records payments and transactions related to AR
• Research discrepancies and past due amounts
• Review check images, match payment to invoices
• Client collections for delinquent accounts for nonpayment or delayed payment
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks associated with AP / AR duties
• Works with operations team to streamline the invoicing process
• Remotely assist with Madison, Wisconsin office meeting coordination and support
