Job Description:
We are seeking a solution-oriented, initiative-taking, and analytically minded person to help the
Digital Strategy & Operations projects that are slated to kickoff in 2025. This would include help
in gathering cross-functional requirements, blueprinting, testing, and enabling updates within ISI business applications, as well as administrative help in taking meeting minutes, documenting
action items, and driving accountability in closing actions and outcomes needed.
This person will report to the Manager of Digital Business Process Design to help develop and
implement required process, structure, and best practices to further enhance our internal
business systems. This role will work cross-functionally with the Digital, Global Operations, IT
Business Systems, and Commercial Teams.
Essential Job Duties:
● System and process optimization/enhancement – partner with IT and business system
owners to provide data and functionality requirements to enhance our existing internal
business systems
● Organizational Alignment – display an acumen for establishing a culture of partnership
and alignment between various functions and departments
● Ability to evaluate and anticipate potential issues with data capture and consumption by
internal parties, respond to changes with agility, and be fundamentally solution-minded
Requirements:
● Effective methodical background, experience with effectively framing issues to efficiently
arrive at solutions
● Ability to organize, track, prioritize, and drive goals of multiple concurrent projects across
a cross-functional teams with no formal reporting lines
● Ability to resolve complex challenges in a matrix organization, adept at influencing and
negotiating
● University Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in and returning to an accredited
degree-seeking academic program in the Fall
● Internship Work Period: Must be available to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per
week) during a 10-12 week period starting May or June. Specific start dates are shared
during the recruiting process.
● Current enrollment in an Business program (Finance, Management Information
Systems) degree-seeking program at the Bachelor’s level
Preferred Skills and Experience:
● Excellent relational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
● Polished and succinct verbal and written communicator, ability to articulate complex
topics in simple and digestible communications
● Effective verbal and written communication, and exceptional documentation skills
● Relaxed with change and ambiguity. Able to adjust to multiple demands while constantly
shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
● Experience with business systems (the Salesforce ecosystem, SAP CRM) desired, but
not mandatory
(PMBOK)
● Experience or study of Lean Six Sigma, and/or Project Management Body of Knowledge
