What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Care Expert (seasonal) position at Moxie Pest Control?
Moxie Pest Control is growing fast! With growth comes the need for superior leadership and vision. We are looking for Account Managers to provide accurate, clear and concise info to our customers, resulting in better expectations and understanding of the work, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention. Your #1 job will be to retain customers who request to cancel services.
Our office has a very upbeat, FUN environment. We have frequent office games with fun prizes (gift cards, games, team lunches, and incentives). In addition to this we also offer a soda/coffee bar, monthly gym memberships, state of the art onsite stretching, and monthly barbers. We are growing fast and would like for YOU to be the leading voice of Moxie.
Responsibilities:
- Speak to customers requesting to cancel services and SAVE them!
- Speak to dissatisfied customers and HELP them!
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Data entry and updating of customer database
- Day-to-day reporting

*This is a full-time position, schedule: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (M-F with rotating Saturdays)
