At Moxie Pest Control, we believe kindness is contagious, and we’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Brand Love Ambassador to be the face of our customer referral program. If you love meeting new people, creating positive experiences, and making an impact in your community—this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Personally visit new customers to deliver referral gifts and welcome them to the Moxie family
- Build relationships and encourage customers to share their great Moxie experience with friends & neighbors
- Track and report weekly referral trends, program success, and customer engagement insights
- Capture customer interactions through photos and videos for marketing content
- Train our sales and service teams on best practices for promoting referrals
- Handwrite and deliver thank-you notes to top referrers
- Manage and grow Moxie’s referral program
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, charismatic, and energetic personality—you love talking to people!
- Self-motivated and disciplined with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable driving and visiting customers daily (company vehicle & gas card provided) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to track and analyze referral data for improvements
- Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for customer service
