Core Responsibilities :
Inspect commercial properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods.
Apply pesticides and other control methods in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop customized pest management solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Communicate effectively with business owners, facility managers, and staff regarding pest issues, treatment plans, and prevention methods.
Maintain accurate service records, including treatment details, chemical usage, and customer interactions.
Conduct follow-up inspections and treatments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to all company safety policies and industry regulations.
Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in pest control techniques.
Maintain and properly care for all equipment, vehicles, and tools.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pest control services, commercial pest control services preferred but not required.
Valid TDA license Required
Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and safety protocols.
Ability to identify and effectively treat a variety of pest issues in commercial settings (e.g., restaurants, warehouses, office buildings, healthcare facilities, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a service route efficiently.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and be on your feet for extended periods.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Work Environment :
The Commercial Technician will work primarily outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions. The role involves physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment, digging, and bending.
