Our Account Care team plays a crucial role in keeping customers happy by saving accounts and resolving service concerns. As an Account Care Lead, you’ll coach, motivate, and inspire a team of 6-8 retention experts, helping them develop their skills in persuasion, objection handling, and customer care.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 6-8 Account Care Experts handling high-volume customer retention calls.
- Coach your team daily—help them refine their persuasion techniques and overcome customer objections.
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture with fun incentives, competitions, and daily motivation.
- Monitor team performance, analyze retention KPIs, and implement strategies to increase save rates.
- Work closely with the Retention Manager to refine scripts, training, and customer save strategies.
- Jump in to handle escalations and demonstrate best practices in retention conversations.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of leadership experience (formal or informal—team lead, mentor, trainer, or supervisor).
- 3 years in customer-facing roles (customer service, sales, retention, hospitality, financial services, etc.).
- A persuasive, customer-first mindset—you know how to influence customers without being aggressive.
- Resilience—you thrive in a high-rejection environment and can coach others to do the same.
- Energy & Motivation—you create a fun, competitive team culture that inspires performance.
- Strong communication & coaching skills—you give constructive feedback that helps people grow.
- Process & Strategy-Oriented—you help refine scripts, workflows, and save strategies for your team.

- Background in call centers, subscription-based services, or contract-based industries.
