Moxie Pest Control is BOOMING in the Phoenix Valley, and we are very excited to be looking for several additional phenomenal office members to join our growing team.
- Shifts Monday-Friday
- 8:30-9pm shift end time
- 40 hours a week guaranteed

As an office care expert, you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. In your first few months, you will learn how to effectively and efficiently help all types of customers, mainly through phone calls, while also learning about our different departments to see where you will be a great fit.
Responsibilities
We are looking to immediately fill customer service positions. This position includes speaking with customers over the phone. Specific duties/roles may include:
- Verifying and confirm new customer information
- Responding to emails and text messages for new and existing customers
- Completing outbound calls in regards to billing, scheduling, and verification
- Scheduling appointments/inspections for new or existing customers
- Completing administrative tasks (data entry, auditing, etc.)
- Answering inbound calls from existing customers
- Monitoring dispatch communications
- Dance party coordination
- A million other possibilities
This position has the opportunity for quick advancement. The pay range is a starting amount depending on position. If you are hardworking, positive, and detail-oriented you WILL be rewarded. We love to promote from within and more money can be earned in higher level roles.
