Our Field Experts play a crucial role in delivering specialized knowledge and expertise to ensure our customers homes have a comfortable home! We focus on pest management to care for our customers, and we are excited to bring on talent that is looking for something more than a paycheck!
This position involves conducting thorough assessments/treatments in the field after properly identifying pest concerns. We look for areas needing improvement (with our current customers) and implement effective solutions to bring pest activity to a acceptable level. The Field Expert will collaborate with various teams to ensure that best practices are followed and that our services meet the highest standards.
Additionally, this role requires the ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ultimately, the Field Expert will contribute significantly to the overall success and efficiency of our operations in the Indianapolis area.

Minimum Qualifications
- Drivers License (3 year minimum clean driving record).
- Submit background check (goes back 7 years).
- Pass 5-panel drug screen.
- Able to lift 40 pounds periodically.
- available for minimum 3-4 days per week.
- Indiana RT/Cat 7 Licensing
- Knowledge of pest control/lawn care
- Conduct field assessments to evaluate service and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Manage customer contracts to ensure proper treatment is applied.
- Identifying pests of concern to properly manage.
- Understanding contract values and generate leads for sales-service.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary.

Salary : $17 - $21
