Job Description:

Moxie Pest Control is growing quickly in the Safford Valley, and we need Pest Control Technicians who are serious about their work and ready to tackle every job with precision and professionalism. This isn’t a role for someone who takes shortcuts—we need a committed, focused team member who’s all about doing things right.

Responsibilities:

• Pest Treatments: Safely and accurately apply pesticides and treatments, following state and company guidelines.
• Maintain Equipment & Records: Keep equipment in good working condition and maintain detailed service records.
• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to the letter.
• Customer Communication: Be clear, professional, and courteous when interacting with customers.
• Uphold High Standards: Approach every task with discipline, diligence, and dedication.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (approval for company car insurance required).
• Must pass a background check (no felonies).
• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for reporting.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we’ll provide paid training and licensing to the right candidate.
• Strong commitment to following procedures and maintaining a structured work environment.
