What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer position at Moxie Pest Control?
Position: Field Expert
Pay: $17-20hr based on previous work experience.
Schedule: 3 days working with a 4 day weekend (this IS a full time position). So lots of time off to travel, spend with family, or just enjoy your day off.
Training: Training is paid! Field Service Technicians will train for roughly two weeks or until properly trained.

Our Field Experts are the best in the business, and even if you have no experience we will provide the training to construct the best Service Technician out of you.
Position Description:
Our Field Service Techs start the day in our warehouse, have daily training in our office, and then travel to customers' homes to take care of our residential customers on a daily basis. While traveling to customers' homes Service Technicians will be treating the home for interior and exterior pests. We take pride in our work & strive for excellence each and every day. The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver License
- Driving Record Review

Being part of Moxie Pest Control requires extreme ownership for all actions that involve our office staff, Field Service Technicians, and the customer. Nothing is too big, nothing is too small. We rely on each other to solve all problems from picking up garbage in our warehouse, to scaling our business. We take it upon ourselves to give feedback, be accountable, speak honestly, and lift up those around us.

6:00am - Sundown(until whole shift is complete)
