Responsible for overseeing and managing the sales program to drive revenue, growth, and enhance sales team effectiveness. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional team coordination, and the execution of sales initiatives. The Sales Program Manager will work closely with sales leadership to develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies and processes. This role will require a willingness to drive and develop effective processes which includes leading and also executing tasks.
Core Responsibilities :
Develop and refine operational processes to enhance sales efficiency, ensuring that systems, tools, and workflows are scalable and aligned with business objectives.
Act as the bridge between sales and key internal teams, such as marketing, payroll, recruiting, and field operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales programs and alignment on company goals.
Organize and manage the day-to-day activities of sales-related projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, and aligned with company objectives. Facilitate communication between team members, maintain project documentation, track progress, and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Oversee major sales initiatives, including seasonal sales and recruiting efforts, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and improved upon each cycle.
Equip the sales team with the necessary resources, training, and operational support to increase productivity. Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to remove barriers to success.
Serve as a key liaison between sales teams, leadership, and other business units, ensuring transparency and alignment on objectives. Deliver clear and concise updates, influence decision-making, and demonstrate executive presence in high-stakes meetings by confidently presenting insights, addressing concerns, and providing well-structured recommendations to senior leadership.
Maintain detailed documentation of sales workflows and procedures, regularly evaluating and refining processes to drive greater effectiveness.
Stay composed in fast-moving environments, navigating obstacles and ensuring seamless execution of sales operations, even under tight deadlines and evolving business needs.
Qualifications :
Experience as a Sales Program Manager or similar role in a sales-driven organization.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and challenges.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
