Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving company goals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or inside sales environments.
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage in outbound calling with confidence and professionalism.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
- Technical aptitude or experience in technical sales is a plus but not mandatory.
