Who we’re looking for :

  • Full-Time, Licensed Agents : A valid real estate license and full-time availability are required.
  • Motivated Driven : Self-starters who are committed to closing deals and building their business.
  • People-Oriented : Passion for helping clients through the home buying and selling process.
  • Tech-Savvy : Ability to work with modern tools, including CRMs and Zillow integrations.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Ability to build client relationships and deliver excellent service.

What your day to day will entail :

  • Lead Management : Respond quickly and consistently to Zillow Flex live tour requests and other quality leads.
  • Client Consultations : Conduct expert buyer and seller meetings to help clients find their perfect home.
  • Showcasing Listings : Host open houses and private showings to maximize exposure.
  • Transaction Oversight : Manage property transactions from contract to close with professional support.
  • Market Expertise : Stay informed on local market trends to better advise clients.
