Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for custom web development, CMS development, e-commerce platforms, mobile app integrations, and ongoing web support services through networking, referrals, online platforms, and outbound sales strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business goals and propose tailored digital solutions.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead flow and high conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in industries requiring web development and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and design teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and challenges.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure deals that align with client objectives and the company’s goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, performance metrics, and client interactions, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in custom web development, CMS development, e-commerce platforms, or digital solutions.
- Strong network in industries requiring robust digital presence, such as retail, startups, and SMEs.
- Deep understanding of web development services, including e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and mobile app integration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
