What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Moxies?
Here’s what you’ll do :
Welcome / greet guests and know regular guests by name, preference and needs
Know brands of beer, wine and liquor, as well as the ingredients for the most common cocktails (garnishes, proper glassware, and prices)
Know our food inside and out. Describe and tour the menu with all our guests.
Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Deliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient manner
Qualifications :
- Passionate about nailing all the basics of great service
- Ready to go above and beyond to provide a hospitable experience for all our guests. Connecting with new guests and keeping our current guests coming back.
- Friendly, upbeat, outgoing, positive, social, excited to meet new people
- Interested in learning new things about food & beverage
- TABC certificate must be presented upon hiring
- Food Handler’s certificate must be presented upon hiring
