Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, capable of identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. The Sales Representative will represent our company's technology, products and services to potential clients, work towards maximizing sales and profitability, and contribute insights from market research activities. The candidate will also bring experience in sales and marketing of new products, particularly in the plastic industry.

Moxietec LLC is a leading research and development facility in the field of Foam Injection Molding (FIM) who provides Lighter, Faster, Greener and Stronger solutions based on innovative and proprietary technology to manufacture advanced thermoplastic foamed parts.

Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with MS Office suite.
· Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Experience in sales and marketing of new products, especially in the plastic industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
· Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
· Leverage experience in sales and marketing of new products, especially in the plastic industry.
· Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve sales objectives.
· Keep track of industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
· Collaborate with management to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, transactions, and market research findings.
· Travel to prospective leads to engage in sales meetings and maintain client relationships.
