The Role :

We're seeking a self-motivated professional to join our Media team and support the rapid expansion of our fastest-growing partner category : Affiliates. You'll provide comprehensive support to the Media department, overseeing partner-level analytics, operations, and strategy while collaborating with senior leadership, product teams, and analytics stakeholders. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with strong communication skills ready to launch their career in performance marketing.

Core Responsibilities :

Affiliate Program Support :

Affiliate Recruitment & Retention : Develop and implement strategies to identify, recruit, onboard, and retain affiliates.
Performance Monitoring : Track key affiliate performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Affiliate Support : Share data-driven insights to enhance affiliate performance.
Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, competitive insights, and areas of opportunity for affiliate growth.
Compliance Control : Ensure affiliates comply with program guidelines and terms, maintaining brand integrity and program standards.

Performance Analysis and Reporting :

Data Analysis : Analyze affiliate and program performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Reporting & Insights : Prepare reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and insights to senior management.

Optimization Strategy : Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

Industry Awareness : Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and affiliate marketing best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

0-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field preferred.

Excellence in communication and relationship building.

Strong analytical capabilities with data interpretation skills.

Self-starter mentality with proven ability to work proactively.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Excel, and common affiliate platforms.

Experience with data visualization tools preferred.

Salary Range : 65,000 - $75,000 USD
