What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit and Collection Representative position at Moyer Indoor | Outdoor?
Moyer and Son, a 156 year old Souderton based company that provides outstanding Home Services to customers is looking for a credit analyst/customer service rep to join our team of dedicated professionals in establishing credit for customers and collecting on accounts.
Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Regular review of various receivable aging reports to identify accounts that require follow up communication.
- Develop and execute plans for collection calls to commercial and residential customers
- Establish payment plans for customers
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with AR to ensure past due account payments are received
Requirements
- Experience in customer care a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills. Microsoft Office skills required as is the ability to quickly learn different software packages.
This is NOT a remote position and is onsite in our Souderton office.
