Job Description:
Moyer Indoor Outdoor HVAC Division is seeking a dynamic individual to support our HVAC Sales and Installation team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Moyer HVAC Install team, including client contact, installation packet preparation, and contract documentation.
- Assist with the intake of lead calls, scheduling of sales appointments and inspections.
- Support documentation and registration requirements across permits, warranties, rebates, etc.
- Maintain accurate client records in our internal software systems.
- Adhere to and enforce all company rules and regulations, including housekeeping, safety, and confidentiality of information.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to efficiently accomplish responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new software.
- Ability to take initiative and follow directions.
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn quickly.
- Flexibility to work overtime with short notice when necessary.
- Problem-solving and reasoning abilities to resolve issues on job sites.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with email, phone, and in-person communications.
