Key Responsibilities
This role will focus on providing administrative support to the Moyer HVAC Install team, including preparing installation packets, managing client records, and coordinating logistics for new system installations. Additionally, you will assist with lead calls, schedule sales appointments and inspections, and maintain accurate records of permits, warranties, rebates, and other relevant documents. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
