We are seeking an Assistant HOA Community Manager to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting HOA Community Managers with day-to-day operations
- Performing community inspections
- Returning homeowner calls and handling resident concerns
- Processing homeowner communications
Qualifications:
- Previous office, administrative or customer service experience
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to attend meetings outside the normal 9:00-5:00 workday
This position offers a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
