Home Health Aides Needed for Overnights!
Under the clinical direction of the Nurse Case Manager and administrative direction of the Aide Supervisor, provide direct patient care services as outlined in essential job function. Required to lift, transfer, and transport adult clients. Provide personal care to clients and keep records of personal health care activities as defined by regulatory requirements.
Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide/Home Health Aide
Department: Home Care
Supervisor: Home Care Aide Supervisor
Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and possibly Thursday
Hours: 7:30pm-7:30am and/or 8pm-8am
Job Standards
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Driver's License: Valid Connecticut Driver's License required.
Experience: One plus years of experience in a health care setting preferred.
HHA: Employed as a nurse's aide within the past twenty-four (24) months; or
Must achieve a passing score on the test administered per agency policies.
CNA: Nurse Aide Registration as required by State of Connecticut regulations.
