This role is a liaison between Members, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver a high-quality, timely, personalized move-in process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles with primary responsibility or similar involvements
- Demonstrated interest in continued growth and learning
- Must be a master of creating and maintaining fruitful relationships.
- Must master the technical aspects of the role including: the computing and reporting environment, contracts/disclosure statements, state regulations and the sales process.
- Capable oral and written communication skills.
- Familiar with the local market and competitive environment.
- Conduct appointments with future Members of Mozaic Concierge Living to guide and assist them in completing their interior finish selections.
- Facilitate communication between and amongst architect and general contractor to ensure smooth flow of accurate information as to selections and specifications.
- Manage all design selections and customizations using Blue Fingerprint, ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and communication with relevant departments.
- Understand the deadlines for resident finish selections and ensure those deadlines are met.
- Understand the minimum move-in and occupancy targets throughout the development lifecycle and contribute towards their achievement.
- Verify finish selections (along with upgrades and custom requests, if applicable) specified by resident are installed in their apartment home.
- Ensure quality of finish is excellent prior to the introduction of Member to their apartment home.
- Work together with contractor to resolve items iii and iv above.
- Together with Moving Station and the Sales team, coordinate the move of future residents from their house to their new home at Mozaic Concierge Living
- Incumbent is an active member of the team, participating in strategic discussions, training sessions and other exercises aimed at understanding the customer and market/competitive forces; Continually reacquaint themselves with state regulations, the residency agreement and other pertinent documents.
- Participate in events to promote Mozaic Concierge Living to prospective Members or influencers.
- Monitor their own activity to ensure effectiveness.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines. Always works in the best interests of Mozaic Concierge Members and complies with positive workplace standards for conduct and behavior at all times.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to speak clearly and be understood.
- Able to hear sounds within some background of noise as in answering the phone, intercom, etc.
- Visual acuity to see computer and read printed documents.
- Ability to use company software and equipment to accomplish electronic tasks.
- Ability to concentrate on fine details with interruptions.
- Ability to attend to tasks/functions for more than 60 minutes at a time.
- Ability to understand and relate to the reasons behind several related concepts.
- Ability to remember multiple tasks /assignments given to self and others over long periods of time.
- Ability to perform gross body coordination such as walking, stooping, filing, etc.
- Ability to perform tasks which require hand eye coordination such as keyboard skills, writing or picking up paper.
- Rare exposure to blood, body tissue or fluids.
- Possible exposure to high/low temperatures.
