Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc) is hiring for a Clinical Social Worker! This position is a fun and exciting opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. Mozaic's Social Workers are essential to our agency for their expertise in providing Clinical services to individuals. This position provides individual and group services that enable individuals to experience their best quality of life. This position must be able to communicate, and problem-solve effectively with individuals, families, team members and service providers to ensure the best quality of services.
Location : Ontario County (Canandaigua office within Ontario Arc)
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
Hours : 40 hours / week
Pay :
Licensed Master Social Worker(LMSW) salary range of $52k-$56k depending on experience
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) salary range of $56k-$60k depending on experience
Sign-On Bonus : $5,000
Clinical Social Worker Required Education and Experience :
A candidate with a Master's degree in Social Work who is licensed and currently registered as an LCSW or LMSW, with experience in facilitating groups and at least one year of experience working with the developmentally disabled population.
Other Requirements for a Clinical Social Worker :
The candidate must hold a valid NYS driver's license and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with individuals, families, team members, and service providers, ensuring the highest quality of services. Additionally, the candidate must pass a federal criminal background check and receive clearance through the Statewide Central Registry.
