Job Title: Project Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. This role will
support project management activities by assisting in coordination, documentation, and
communication among team members and clients. The Project Assistant will contribute to the
successful completion of projects within scope and time.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities, meetings, and tasks.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, timelines, and status updates.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients. Ensure all
- parties are informed about project progress and changes.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes during project meetings.
- Ensure action items are tracked and followed up on.
- Help identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to the project manager for timely
- resolution.
- Collect and maintain data for project reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including arranging travel, preparing
- presentations, and handling correspondence.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a project assistant or similar administrative role (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving proficiency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
