Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations of the establishment, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food handling and preparation.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting to optimize operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support the planning and execution of events such as banquets or special gatherings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant/bar area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a managerial role within casual dining or hospitality settings is preferred.

- Experience with shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
